Magnus Juliano recently released a song entitled 'Legendary Already' that has everyone jamming. It's literally a song we can't stop playing in the office. He states on his Instagram that he quoted "wrote this at one of the lowest points in my life. I️ wanted to not even try anymore. That little voice of hope crept in my depression and relayed this message.". It's a song to celebrate the confidence of people rather if you are black, latino, trans, homosexual, queers, and all walks of life. Our Album Rating: 8.3/10 [By: Travon Bracey] SZA took her frustrations out on Twitter this past Monday about quitting from finishing her debut album. Apparently, the reason for this call out is because Top Dawg Entertainment has been pressuring SZA in which their have been major delays for the album. She took it upon herself to tweet, "I actually quit." But she even co-founder of TDE label, Terrance 'Punch' Henderson, that he can release if he wants. Yikes. We wasn't expecting her to say that. Guess there won't be an album, SZA fans. Maybe she should just release the album independently. What do you think? 10/4/2016 0 Comments Solange Debuts Two Visuals: "Cranes In The Sky" & "Don't Touch My Hair" From The New Album, A Seat At The Table[By: Travon Bracey] I hope everyone is enjoying Solange's new album, A Seat At The Table, as it has hit #1 on the iTunes R&B/Hip Hop Charts and #1 on iTunes overall. Reports say that her album could possibly hit the Top 5 on the Billboard 200s, but while everyone is enjoying this "black soul" melody, Solange releases two visuals for 'Cranes In The Sky' and 'Don't Touch My Hair'. Just ask we expected here at ArtREV that her album visuals look as if though it could have been stills from a visual and we were indeed right. The unique thing about these visuals is that in 'Cranes In The Sky', her style is made out of a lot of material things such as aluminum and plastic trash bags as in 'Don't Touch My Hair' has a group of black folks in the very last scene of the video dancing a long on staircases with Solange as she dances off her freedom while singing "What You Say To Me?" Sampha appears in the 'Don't Touch My Hair' visual singing along with Solange in the hook of the song. Both visuals were directed by her husband, Alan Ferguson. Check out both visuals below.
